Shipping and Return Policies
$15.00 FLAT RATE SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATE WILL BE CHARGED PER EACH ITEM.
Living Word Christian Art does NOT charge sales tax for orders placed outside of California. If you order within the state of California, you will be charged an additional 7.50% for sales tax. Residents of San Joaquin County will be charged according to the state tax rate of city where order originated.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Purchaser agrees to at the time of purchase to the terms and condition of these Policies. The Purchase Policy is subject to change at anytime. When a purchase is made using a credit card, the card holder authorizes the Company to process their order. In the event of a back order the card holder further authorizes the company to obtain a new authorization to complete the order as long as the order is not cancelled in accordance with the Company's cancellation policy.
All pricing and product availability are subject to change. We will honor any valid order including wrong product pricing as long as you have a valid order number. We will contact you immediately if an item is currently out of stock or has been discontinued.
SHIPPING TIMES, RETURNS, AND REFUND POLICIES:
1. SHIPPING TIME - We offer several lines of wall decor that ship from warehouses located in various areas within the United States. Turn-around time for shipping will vary depending on the product line. Most product descriptions include the approximate shipping turn-around time. Most of our products ship within 1 to 3 business days. Made-to-order products usually ship within 3 to 7 business days. Orders are shipped via Federal Express Ground, UPS Ground or USPS Parcel Post and actual delivery time will vary according to your zip code location. Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon it's availability. We will contact you immediately if your item is backordered and also if it is no longer available or has been discontinued for any reason.
Rush Orders - Please contact us as soon as possible if your order needs to be expedited and received by a certain date. Extra shipping charges for rush orders may apply and must be approved by customer prior to shipping the order.
2. CANCELLED ORDERS - Cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. Shipping and handling charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation. Please email our Customer Service Department to cancel an order.
3. RETURNS FOR DAMAGED ITEMS - Customers must email our Customer Service Department within 7 days of receipt of any damaged or defective product. All returns must be approved by Living Word Christian Art. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Damaged products will be replaced at no charge or customer may request a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
IMPORTANT: Do not destroy shipping materials and boxes until advised by our Customer Service Department as to how to proceed with the return.
All returns will be inspected upon receipt prior to the issue of the refund.
4. REFUSED SHIPMENTS - A 20% restocking charge is assessed for all refused shipments.
5. REFUNDS - If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
WE'RE SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE, BUT WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT ORDERS SHIPPED WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES AT THIS TIME. ORDERS SHIPPED TO ALASKA AND HAWAII WILL BE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES.
