The Lord's prayer was given to us from Jesus when one of his disciples asked him,"Lord, teach us how to pray." This fundamental Christian prayer is a traditional and powerful petition to the Lord. The Lords Prayer makes a great house warming gift.

The scripture for The Lord's Prayer is:

Our Father, who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy name,
Thy kingdom come,
thy will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day
our daily bread,
and forgive us our trespasses
as we forgive those
who trespass against us,
and lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
Amen
