What shipping method do you use?

We use USPS Priority Mail for all our Calligraphy Christian Art selections. All in stock items are normally shipped within 24 to 48 hours from the time your order is received.  Actual delivery time will vary according to your USPS Zip Code (in most cases it averages 5 to 7 days from the day that the order is shipped).

All of our other product lines are shipped by, but not limited to, FedEx and UPS.  Your order will be processed for shipment within 5 to 14 days, sometimes sooner.  Please allow an additional 5 to 7 days for delivery times.

How much do you charge for shipping and handling?

We charge a flat rate of only $13.75 for each item ordered.

What if I want to track my order?

Because we use various shippers, when you use our "Track Your Order" feature, it will only include when your order is "New", "In Progress" or "Complete".  For specific tracking information from the carrier that is shipping your order, please email us and we will forward the tracking number and carrier information for your use.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Living Word Christian Art does NOT charge sales tax for orders placed outside of California.  If you order within the state of California, you will be charged an additional 8.25% for sales tax.  Residents of San Joaquin County will be charged according to the state tax rate of city where order originated. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover through our secure merchant gateway.

 
Do you have products that can be personalized?

Yes we do and it's free!  We have a large selection of Calligraphy Christian Art designs that can be personalized with names and/or dates done in beautiful hand-crafted calligraphy on the matting of the piece.  The pieces available for personalization can be found in our PERSONALIZED CALLIGRAPHY Category.   Name and/or date can be filled in the text box located under the product description.   If there is more than one item to be personalized, please list the personalized information for each one separated by parenthesis.  Example:  (John Smith) (Jane Smith)                                                                    

                                                                                 
Can you mail my order directly to a third party?

Yes we can!  Your gift can be shipped directly to the recipient.  Instructions for filling out the name and address can be found at check out.

 
Do you offer gift wrapping?

We have a nice selection of gift wrapping for all seasons and occasions.  Gift wrapping is offered for our Calligraphy Christian Art selections only.  For $6.50 your gift will be attractively  wrapped and will include a matching card that you can personalize with your own greeting.  Your greeting will be written in the beautiful calligraphy style featured in our Spiritual, Inspirational and Personalized Calligraphy artwork designs.  Wrapping selections and text box for your greeting are located under the product description.
